Close eyes to exit. A five minute escape.



Sometimes things get too overwhelming that plugging out of my life is the only option. I turn off my phone, my laptop, the lights and everything that distracts me. And I just sit on my bed, against my green curtains and close my eyes for at least five minutes, take the deepest breath my lungs are capable of and breath out like it's nobody's business.

And then I participate in life again.
